We specialize in custom screen-printing, to make them truly one-of-a-kind. Whether you want a unique design printed on your existing clothes or to transform your old garments into something new, we can help bring your vision to life.
2. How do I request a custom design?
To request a custom design, simply contact us through our Instagram with your idea or vision.3. Can I customise my own garment?
Yes! You can send us your own clothing, and we’ll customize it with your chosen design. We specialize in adding custom screen prints to existing garments. Just let us know what you want, and we’ll take care of the rest.4. How do I know which design or style is right for me?
If you need inspiration, browse through our gallery of past designs or check out our social media for examples of custom work. You can also reach out to us, and we can assist with recommendations based on your personal style or preferences.5. How long will my custom piece take to create?
Each customization is different and so, custom designs can take anywhere from 7 to 14 days depending on the complexity of the design and the materials. We’ll keep you updated on the progress of your order. -

For any inquiries regarding your order, please contact our customer support team at support@reworkdept.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue -
All prices are in AUD, which include the price of the thrifted garment itself (it’s getting more expensive ngl), the price of our art and labour (more prints = more expensive), and of course the bills $$$.

Returns and Exchanges
Custom and Personalized Items: Due to the nature of our custom products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items unless they are defective or damaged.
Non-Custom Items: If you receive a non-customized item and it is not to your satisfaction, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.
How to Return an Item?
Contact us at support@reworkdept.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
